私たち日本人は自分の欠点ばかり見つけてしまいます。性格のことを嘆いても、そう簡単には変えられません。だって、それが性格ですから。そして日本人は性格以外の欠点ばかり見つけてしまう。そして先輩に叱られて、追い詰められる。そして最後には鬱になって死んでしまう。だから日本は自殺率が高いと言われるのです。先輩は後輩を教え、技術を伝えるために生きていますが、その過程で受け継いだものは流されてしまう。先輩が優しくないと、後輩は死んでしまう。いつの間にか、自分の後輩も死んでしまう。
