Why he didn't come?

in English grammar,the time difference in Japanese teaching.

i wrote that.he had not attended.

this is,you were waiting for long hours in the meeting,bt he didn’t appear.

bt if i wrote that,he didn’t come,it means the affair which no one changes the time lug.

i learned those patterns in my high school.but they may not use the grammar in natives.
