The Sanctuary of Shine: From Solitude to AdventureI am the Water Witch. At the Sanctuary of Shine, the border between the living and the dead, I met my boyfriend again.

“Every time you save someone, my soul melts into your magic,” he said with a gentle lie.

As long as I continue to save people and generate magic, the “wall of life” becomes thicker. I can never touch him.

After he disappeared, I collapsed in despair. But then, a warm hand was placed on my shoulder. It was Karen, the Fire Witch.

“Don’t carry your mission alone,” she said, her eyes filled with hot tears. “If your magic overflows from saving people, I will burn it all! I will change your love into ‘heat’ and dry up all the tears in the world.”

Karen grabbed my hand tightly.

“Let’s spend all our magic power together. When we finally become empty and old, we will go through that gate and surprise him!”

I laughed for the first time in a long time. My lonely “waiting” turned into a noisy “adventure” because of Karen. We will travel together until our life sparks quietly go out.

“Let’s go, sister!” Karen shouted.

The heat from her hand connected me to this world more strongly than anything else.

Our journey begins.

私は久しぶりに声を立てて笑いました。私の孤独な「待機」は、カレンのおかげで騒がしい「冒険」へと変わりました。私たちは命の火が静かに消えるその時まで、共に旅をします。

「行くわよ、お姉ちゃん！」カレンが叫びました。
