Since then I have wandered around the city for about an hour, finally, finally! I succeeded in finding a police box.But it’s big. It’s very different from the police box in our area. I looked for a sign to find out the name of the police box here.

The sign there said [Police Station]. I couldn’t read it and thought it was a police box.

What is this place? It’s very big. I knew the rule about queuing up at reception, so I sat down on a chair and the receptionist called me in. “What are you doing?” I was told.

I wanted to say, “I’m waiting”, but I don’t know why they said that. I wanted to say again, I’m waiting.

They said, “Reception… there’s no one in line…” I said, “What?” I couldn’t help but say. Indeed, when I looked around, I was the only one there. There is a Japanese proverb, 【If there is a hole, I want to get in】, but I never thought I would be reminded of it here and now. I went to the reception desk, embarrassed.
