The Curse of the Witch: The Aquamarine AltarI am the Water Witch. I returned to the undersea country where I first met my beloved boyfriend ten years ago. Since I lost him, the time has felt as long as a frozen sea.
The people in this country live for 200 years because of the “holy water” from a huge aquamarine. However, the water stopped flowing, and the people were dying.
“Please save us!” the villagers cried.
To restore the water, I had to pour a huge amount of magic into the altar. As a young witch, my magic power has a limit. If I used it all at once, I would die. So, I used “holy water fragments,” which act like an external battery to refill my energy and protect my life.
I stood before the altar and began the ritual.
“Open, the source of the abyss!” I shouted.
Purple light flickered on the water, and the world seemed to breathe. As the days passed, I became exhausted. My magic was almost gone.
Suddenly, I felt a warm presence. In the light, I saw the spirits of past witches and my boyfriend. They supported my shaking shoulders with their transparent hands.

I poured all my remaining magic into the altar as an equal exchange for my soul. The world turned white, and I heard the beautiful sound of flowing water. At that moment, a magical text appeared—the Curse of the Witch.

突然、温かい気配を感じました。光の中に、先代の魔女たちの霊と、彼の面影が見えたのです。彼らは透明な手で、私の震える肩を支えてくれました。
