I headed for Shinjuku station. I barely made it there, but I was so drunk from the crowds that I sat down once on a bench to try and stop the nausea. With a bag in case.
Sure enough, I threw up. Quite a lot. In the city, I kept getting the feeling that there were people 2 cm away from me, which was really weird.
Then a man on the side of the road spoke to me.
Roadside person: “Are you alright?”
Asa: “Ah… I’m not okay…”
Roadside person: “Have some water.”
Asa: “Thanks…”
I got some water and drank as hard as I could. I couldn’t move anymore, not even my arms. The roadside person disappeared directly into the crowd.
At Shinjuku station.
from there, it was the worst sequence of events. Unlike our station, it’s so big that it’s a different dimension, there are unbelievably many people, and trains come every three minutes. I walked around trying to find the ticket gates to Shibuya, but I couldn’t stand it, got away from the people a bit and threw up on the street. It’s pathetic.
Then people came running up to me.
??? “Are you… are you alright?”
Asa: “Ugh…”
??? “Let’s go once… to the bench, shall we?”
Asa: “Yes…”
The person was about my age. The girl gave me anti-sickness medicine and water. I asked the person.
Asa: “Um… can I ask you something…?”
??? “Hmm?”
Asa: “What is your name…?” ?
??? “I am Koharu. Aozaki Koharu. Nice to meet you.”
Asa: “Koharu… san?”
Koharu: “Yes.”
Asa: “I am Asa Groogle. And… sorry… sorry for supporting you this far…”
Koharu: “?”
Asa: “Where is the train to Shibuya…?”
Koharu: “Uh… I didn’t hear you, Asa-chan, are you a foreigner?”
Asa: “Yes…”
