Escape from the Lab: The End of the NightmareI woke up inside a cultivation tank. I broke the glass immediately, and the red alarm began to ring. A woman named Haurvatat appeared and said, “I am on the side of Heaven. Let’s escape, Selene!”

Suddenly, the evil god Angra Mainyu appeared and attacked us. “Don’t take my prey away!” she shouted. Haurvatat fought against her to protect me. “Run, Selene!” she screamed. I ran as fast as I could, struggling through painful hallucinations.

When I finally got out of the facility, the hallucinations disappeared. I looked up at the sky and saw a white pigeon flying away. I felt both relief and anger. “Thank you, Aira and Karen. I will enjoy my life a little more,” I whispered with tears.

The story seemed to end there, but then I heard the sound of a typewriter.

“The Moon is not yet complete.” Wait, the next stories will be posted in the future? Is my future self writing this?

●全訳：研究所からの脱出：悪夢の終わり●

私は培養タンクの中で目が覚めました。すぐにガラスを割り、赤い警報が鳴り響きました。ハルタートという名の女性が現れ、「私は天の側の者よ。逃げるわよ、セレン！」と言いました。

突然、悪神アンラ・マンユが現れて私たちを攻撃しました。「私の獲物を横取りしないで！」と彼女は叫びました。ハルタートは私を守るために彼女と戦いました。「逃げて、セレン！」彼女は叫びました。私は苦しい幻覚に抗いながら、死に物狂いで走りました。

ついに施設の外に出ると、幻覚は消え去りました。空を見上げると、一羽の白い鳩が飛び立っていくのが見えました。私は安堵と怒りの両方を感じました。「ありがとう、アイラ、カレン。私、もう少し人生を楽しんでみるよ」私は涙ながらに囁きました。

物語はそこで終わったかのように見えましたが、その時タイプライターの音が聞こえてきました。

『月は、まだ完全ではない。』
