Terror in the Subway: A Mother’s BraveryI was riding the subway with my family. Suddenly, I saw a person scattering a toxic substance with an umbrella. I immediately used my defensive magic to protect Kurona and Karen from the poison.

”Kurona, Karen, evacuate that way!” I shouted. While Karen led Kurona to a safe place, I captured the criminal with my magic and stopped the poison from spreading. Many people around me were falling down, and I was also suffering from the thick toxins. “Run away, quickly!” I screamed.

Finally, the train arrived at the station, and the NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) Terror Response Team arrived. “Great Witch, please release your magic. All passengers have evacuated,” a police officer said. I handed the situation over to them and ran to Kurona.

”I’m so glad you’re safe!” I cried. Karen looked sad and said, “I’m sorry I couldn’t do anything.” But I thanked him, saying, “You have always protected me. That’s why I’m here today.” Later, I prayed for the people I couldn’t save. “Mion, am I doing the right thing as a witch?” I whispered with tears.

私は家族と地下鉄に乗っていました。突然、傘を使って毒物を撒いている人物を見つけました。私はすぐに防御魔法を使い、クロナとカレンを毒から守りました。

「無事で本当によかった！」私は泣きました。カレンは悲しそうに「何もできなくてごめん」と言いましたが、私は「いつもカレンが守ってくれたから、今の私があるのよ」と感謝を伝えました。その後、救えなかった人々のために祈りました。「ミオン、私は魔女として、正しいことをしているよね？」私は涙ながらに囁きました。
