The Rescue Mission: Broken Bonds

We were traveling through time again. Suddenly, space began to distort. “Go now, Mother! If you don’t leave, you will be trapped here forever!” Kurona shouted. I didn’t want to leave her, so she promised to follow me. However, the moment I stepped through the gate, she pushed me out and chose to stay behind. “Thank you, Mother,” she whispered. “Kurona!!!” I cried, but the gate closed.

Later, the Time Rescue Team heard a faint voice through the noise on the radio. “Help… me…” The mission was completed, and she was brought back.

[Medical Report: Day 8, 08:30]

Subjective:

Her consciousness is improving. She can open her eyes and follow our movements, but she cannot speak. She can only move her lips slightly, and she looks like she is in pain.

Objective:

Her body temperature is 37.1℃, and her heart rate is 82. She cannot speak yet (GCS: E4 V1 M4). Her muscles have become very weak because she has been unable to move for a week.

Assessment:

She is recovering from brain damage caused by the time displacement. However, her muscles are very weak. We need to find out if she cannot speak because of a physical injury or because of a mental shock.

Plan:

We will start rehabilitation for her breathing and muscles. She will continue to receive fluids through an IV (drip), and she is not allowed to eat or drink yet. We will try to communicate with her using her eyes or writing.

体温は37.1度、心拍数は82です。まだ発語はありません（GCS: E4 V1 M4）。1週間動けなかったため、筋肉が著しく弱っています。

アセスメント（A）：

次元変位による脳へのダメージから回復しつつあります。しかし、筋肉は非常に衰弱しています。彼女が話せない理由が、身体的な損傷なのか、あるいは精神的なショックによるものなのかを見極める必要があります。

計画（P）：

呼吸と筋肉のリハビリを開始します。点滴による水分補給を継続し、経口摂取（飲食）はまだ禁止です。瞬きや筆談によるコミュニケーションの確立を試みます。
